THE JOURNEY

Welcome to The Journey. I’m Rev Noreen and my husband is Henry. The Lord guided us to begin this
ministry 5 years ago. But now He has called us to leave our home and to Journey wherever He leads us. We
are in process of fixing a tent trailer that was donated to the ministry by a family that shared many happy
times in the trailer. So our start date is off by about a week but we will be venturing out about the 6th of
April. But that gives us more time to repair the trailer. We are so excited to be journeying for the Lord
across this country. Please lift us up in prayer as we go forth. We are thankful that we have begun to
receive “seed” money for this Journey. Thank you for your support of this ministry.

We would like to share a little about how the Lord brought us to this Journey.

In January of 2008 we were praying and Henry asked the Lord that if it was His will, that he would like to
work full time in the ministry. We were thinking about the home church growing into a building but the
Lord had other plans. The very next day, Henry went into work and was laid off!

He continued to look for work, but has not found any. We fasted and prayed in November and December of
2008 and the Lord led us to begin this Journey. Henry had a series of strokes in November of 2007 that
has caused him to have some memory issues and a few other problems, and also he has some other health
concerns. I, myself, have a few health issues as well. But the Lord has called us to go preach throughout
the country and so we started things into motion. Since we have no money, we trust in the Lord for our
needs and the Lord has provided us with the money to begin this Journey, enough to get us started and He
has promised us that we will be provided for as we Journey.

And so, we trust in the Lord. We will be using our van and if need be, we will be able to sleep in it as it has
a bed in the back. It’s a big step to take, but we are confident in the Lord. He has never let us down and
has always provided for us in His time. We have found that each thing in our life happens for a reason and
it may take a season, but the Lord works out what we need so that we are always giving praise to Him.

We feel blessed that the Lord has asked us to follow His will and to go out and preach His Word. Jesus went
from town to town to share in the Good News and we pray that God’s Spirit fills us with His strength, His
wisdom, His knowledge, His mercy and His grace as we venture forth to share His amazing love.

Look for us as we travel and pray as God guides us to seed His Word during this Journey. We are humbled
that God has led us to bring His Word to others along the way. There is much rejoicing in heaven when
sinners repent and turn their lives to God. We are honored to follow the Way of the Lord and be used to
show His glory and praise. All things will be accomplished according to His Word.

I will praise You, O Lord.
Although You were angry with me, Your anger has turned away and You have comforted me.
Surely the Lord is my salvation.
I will trust and not be afraid.
The Lord, the Lord is my strength and my song.
He has become my salvation.
With joy, you will draw water from the wells of salvation.
In that day you will say:
Give thanks to the Lord, call upon His Name;
Make it known through the nations what He has done,
And proclaim that His Name is exalted.
Sing to the Lord, for He has done glorious things;
Let this be known to all the world.
Shout aloud and sing for joy, people of Zion,
For great is the Holy One of Israel among you.
